100% of net paid amount is refundable.
2 to 7 days
A penalty equal to 50% of the required deposit applies. The balance of net paid amount is refundable.
Less than 2 days
A penalty equal to 100% of the required deposit applies. Any amount paid above that may be refundable.
How Refunds Are Processed

Refund eligibility is calculated against the amount already paid on the booking (net paid). If no payment has been made, no monetary refund is due.
Approved refunds are recorded against your booking and processed through the applicable payment method and internal finance workflow.
Processing times can vary by bank, card issuer, and payment channel.
Where a booking includes date or room changes, the final refundable amount may depend on the updated booking value and payment history at the time of cancellation.
